Isn’t it funny how you still feel the need to call your childrens teachers Mr and Mrs even outside of school functions. I’ve known Mrs Nancy and Mr Ignacio for the last two years, Madison had Nancy as her first teacher at Preschool and even though it was only for a small bit we still got the glimpse of the warm and compassionate person that Nancy is. Everyone at the school knows Nancy, how can you miss the warm smile and adorable laughter that she has? We are in our last year at Preschool and we’ve been so fortunate to have Mr Ignacio as one of Madison’s teachers! He is the only person to ever convince Madison that wearing tennis shoes (not cute sandals or jellies) would be cool and a good idea since the kids are running around and she might fall in her pretties. Since then we’ve gotten so much more use out of her vans and converse … ya! It’s funny … Madison was looking over my shoulder as I was working on their pictures and she said “Mommy, I didn’t know that Mrs Nancy was married to Mr Ignacio” LOL I was like “duh!!”
Ok onto adorable pictures :)

Well I’m in one of those moods, you know the mood to sell everything you have lying around your house going unused! I have noticed a pattern, this extreme spring cleaning seems to come out about twice a year. I hate clutter, although I seem to create it so easily … one day the table is clean the very next day it’s a mess … with stacks and stacks of stuff. Well I’m trying to clear the air and move some stuff out, make room for holiday shopping.
I’ve listed my Canon Rebel XT on ebay. If you’re looking for a camera check it out! This camera was bought brand new and has only been used a handful of times. I purchased it as a back up camera, just in case my 5d ever failed on me during a shoot. It’s been tucked away in my extra camera bag and it looks like new! Works amazing
Ebay - check out the camera and all the other goodies I’ve got for sale
Kristin shot this lovely picture of Joe and Mads … I love it :)

Well this weekend I had a terrific session with a super lovely family! We did the session in the midst of all the fires that have been going on, we weren’t close at all but the sky was so red and just glowed of orange trails … made for some really warm images. This shoot was a lot of fun, I love Adrea and Steve’s humor … they remind me of Joe and I. Steve gets an extra special shout out for being such a great dad and husband during the shoot, he was alway on, ready to make someone laugh and giggle! Adrea also does photography so I was really honored to be asked by her to photograph her family! Jack and Abby are so cute, I realize who Abby looks like … the cheerleader from Hereos! They have the same gorgeous skin tone and adorable eyes … see
and look at this cutie … really … this child smiled the entire time!
My personal fav!
Thanks guys for a super fun time!!

I’m a self proclaimed four eyes girl, have been since the 4th grade. I used to be so embarrassed over wearing glasses, I would hide them and only wear them during class and I’d go blind the rest of the day
Now I think it’s funny, glasses are just apart of me and I’m fine with it. Madison and I found this really cool accessory store, a gold mind for a dress up girl like Madison. When she picked up these glasses I new we had to have them, she really does look so cute in them!!! We picked up two other pairs, along with some fun hair clips, scarfs and some other pretties. I’m sure you’ll see the other stuff pop up over future photo shoots. Madison loved sporting her “glasses”, I imagine if she ever had to wear glasses we’d push for some kind of funky pair like these.
Ready Set Disco … Paper Lili
Joe calls this her super cute nerdy look
Anthony has taught Madison this whole “YO YO Thang” OK I can’t explain it, but’s its like “Whaz Up”

Well another halloween under our belt! Leading up to it Madison must have changed her mind on what she wanted to be five million times! In the midst of all her indecisiveness I was swamped with work, so busy that I got Anthony’s costume two days before Halloween. Madison had her costume for weeks, she originally wanted to be a rockstar … but then she flip flopped from a glamour singer, Sharpay from High School Musical, a sunflower and then back to a Rock Star. All she really wants (every halloween) is a reason to wear glitter, get dressed up and play song and dance so the rock star costume seemed perfect for her. Anthony wanted to be a blue man from The Blue Man Group, his costume came together really well! The only downside was, he didn’t want to re-dress up for trick or treating, he had all the make up on for school but once he got home he couldn’t stand it anymore! Poor kid, I remember when I was a little girl, I was a smurf for Halloween and sitting in the sun with yucky blue junk on my face was awful … awful! I wanted to scratch my face so bad!!
I hope you all had as wonderful of a time as we did!!!
