So after months of working on it (ok not all at once LOL) I’m finally launching my new website!  Because of my busy schedule my new website has been on the back burner for some time now.  My goal for my new site was to have a much cleaner, more streamlined site and make it more user friendly.  My previous website had issues and I’m so glad to leave it behind! 

I decided it would be fun to have a little giveaway to celebrate the new site.  I love contests, although I’m going to admit … I’ve NEVER won a contest or giveaway!  So because I’ve never won a single thing I’m giving away three prizes :) 

I recently launched a facebook fan page that I would love to use for updating pictures from client sessions, announcing mini sessions and  sharing fun ideas.  To be entered into the giveaway all you have to do is go to MADISON AVE PHOTOGRAPHY and enter my facebook fan site, add yourself and you’re automatically entered!  Easy While you’re at it take a peak at my new website and let me know what you think.

I’ve seen a lot of babies lately, I even think I’m having  a small bit of baby blues.  I think it’s because Mads is going into Kindergarten and we’re entering a new chapter of our lives.   I’m not ready for all this to end, I love the PreK stage.  During my visits with my friends who have babies we always talk about our favorite ages and I always proclaim 8-12 months to be my favorite!  The personality that comes out of these little angels is unreal and the smiles are enough to warm your heart for a year.

Baby J has arrived and just like his big sister I was there to photograph him in his first week of his wonderful life.  He is so cute and has the most yummy lips!   We had a lot of fun capturing the new family dynamic and the little guy himself.  

My sweet baby boy turned 11 last week.  I hate to even think about it, eleven today … 16 tomorrow.  His birthday this year was so much fun, he had a laser tag party in which all his best friends came.   Even the parents joined in on the laser tag fun, I think we all left a sweaty mess.   

Every year we celebrate the kids birthday by having a fun and special photo shoot.   It’s a fun way to remember those special days and to capture who they are at the time.  

Anthony is one of the sweetest boys.  I give him a hard time, tease him tons and I expect a lot out of him but at the end of the day I love him so much and I’m so proud to be his mom.   He’s a terrific kid with a big heart.

My friend Sarah is such a hottie, it’s actually unfair to have the body of a 19 year old after you’ve had three kids!  This girl is always done up from head to toe, and is rockin the cutest clothes ever.  She’s adored by all the men in her life and she’s lucky to have three adorable little guys that are crazy about her.  She’s an awesome mom, completely devoted to her kids and giving them everything they need. Her life is crazy, wild and fun … I wanted to capture all those fun things in her family shoot.  

I have an award for the best behaved doggie during a photo shoot!  Jennifer, a Scottish Terrier takes home the prize as being the easiest dog to work with during a photo shoot!  The kids loved her so much, and she loved them back.  Look how photogenic she was … and her owners were pretty darn adorable themselves ;)  

I really need to be getting ready to go bye bye!  I’m taking the kids and heading down south for a couple of days.  Before I left I thought I’d make the kids wait 5 minutes so I could upload something new on my blog!<            See you Friday :)  

We’ve been on vacation for about a month and I’m just getting caught up on my personal pictures.  The last month of school is crazy, I’m sure most parents will agree … ours was filled with plays, graduation, field trips, parties and Fathers Day celebrations.  Here are some fun images from our last days of school.

I can’t believe I haven’t blogged these photos yet!  I am once again behind on blogging, I’m going to try and get caught up this week!  Today is Anthony’s birthday … my baby is 11  Love that little guy so much.  I’m shooting his birthday pictures today or tomorrow.  Not sure on the exact theme this year (again I’m so behind) but I think we’ll wing it.   

So my cousin Michelle and her husband Sean made a pitstop in LA on their way to New Zealand.  They are traveling for business and will be living in NZ for a year.   We had to do a photo shoot while she was hear, I decided to take them up to the observatory to have some fun.
