'); ?>How does the baby in our family become six so quickly? With Madison being our youngest I have really held onto these toddler years for as long as possible. When my son was this age I remember having the feeling of “I cant’ wait until he …” always looking forward to the next stage, but with Madison I’ve always been perfectly content with the stage we’re at and I’ve never wanted to rush a single day.
Madison turning 6 was a great milestone, she started kindergarten, grew two shoe sizes (which she had never done), played soccer for the first time, played basketball and adopted a baby chick. On each of our birthdays we take a minute at dinner to share with the Birthday girl/boy something special we think of them and we all take a turn. It’s so cute to do it to kids because they feel so good about themselves while you do it. Some of the great things we shared … she has the most beautiful smile, her gorgeous freckles, her singing and dancing talents, her sense of humor, her stylish attitude and best of all … her huge heart! She’s a sweetie and we adore her!!!
Since she turned 6 she got to choose her birthday picture theme and this year it was GLAMOUROUS. She wanted to feel fancy and pretty. Easy enough!

the only word that comes to mind when I see these pictures are … butter nubers
