I’ve finally listed a ton of Madison’s clothes!  I actually enlisted a great seller who I’ve heard awesome things about to list my items for me.  She is amazing and way more on top of it then I. Madison has so many clothes we don’t even have space for them anymore, she has a constant double stack of clothes on top of her dresser and piled in her closet.  She needs her very own walk in closet to manage all these amazing clothes!  It was hard letting go of any of the pieces, especially because they are in amazing condition!  Pieces start at $9.99 and $19.99 so take a look and forward this to anyone looking for some boutique deals.

Our room seven shoot was an interesting one.  I chose a location that was killer, the lighting was perfect and the colors of the abandoned building were perfect with the color of the clothes.  Of course while we’re shooting I realized the buildings not so abandoned like I thought!  There were people coming in and out of a door (actually sneaking) and it was kinda freaky.  We kept shooting, just faster!  The girls did a stellar job, I  have some of the most amazing models and I’m so excited to introduce three new girls to my “line up”.

All the fall 09 stuff is pouring in … I literally am going crazy over all these cute clothes!  I have to hide them so Mads doesn’t find them and decide to wear a sample piece outside!   The new CAKEWALK line is super yummy!

I like to call the last week of school the week before Christmas.  Out of all the weeks of the year the only two that leave me frazzled, overwhelmed and tired are the week before Christmas and the last week of school.  Honestly between work and my kids schedule I feel slightly delusional and based on how I was dressed today I’d say I’m loosing myself.  I threw my hair into a pony and jumped into the day face first.  I had two sessions (both lovely), birthday celebrations for our little pup clover (she’s a year old today!) and Anthony’s big play for the year.  Lots of little things inbetween to keep the craziness alive I am going to sit at this computer until I have 5 blog posts lined up and ready to launch each day.  There is no way I will have time over the course of this week to sit and blog and I wish I could, I never shared Madison’s PreK graduation, Tball and Minors baseball, Jottum clothes, a family shoot and some fun videos I shot.

Deux Par Deux from Dragonflies and Ladybugs FALL 09               

FALL 09 is launching and all the new lines are looking amazing!!  Its weird to be planning for fall, I don’t want to rush through summer at all but it’s kinda funny that here in the hot summer weather we are photographing layered pieces, jackets and lots of tights.  Thankfully my models are troopers and we’ve had a lot of fun!

When I asked Madison if she wanted to model some bathing suits she was over the moon excited!  Madison had about 10 bathing suits last summer, it started off with just two and at the end of summer I realized we had bought her 8 more throughout the three months of summer break.   She loves bathing suits, she wants every single one she sees and it’s so hard to say no.  Well it’s not hard for Joe, it’s just hard for me.  I’m a sucker for her adorable little pleas and I usually cave.  I just love making her happy.  I’m sure most moms can relate to that (even as bad as it is).  

Who doesn’t love a beautiful ballerina?  Little girls racing around in short tutu dresses is so cute, they look so graceful and beautiful.  These girls were no exception, each one of them worked their own little magic to each piece.

I have a new clothing line that I’m going crazy over!!!  I bought every piece that Dragonflies and Ladybugs had I love the colors, the style and I love that they are super comfy … it’s all perfect!

I was just running out the door to pick up the kids and I thought I’d take a quick minute to update my blog!  Forgive me for not having much to say, but enjoy the sweet pictures of all the cuties below!                     

It feels like forever since I last blogged!  I have been swamped with work and family stuff, I’ve been a very bad girl and have neglected my email for far too long (so if I owe you an email I’m sorry!!!).  I’ve been shooting lots of fun sessions, some really neat ones that I’ll be sharing on MY NEW WEBSITE  Yep, the old is out and the new one is in the works.   

I recently shot a super yummy raspberry tart of a girl.  She’s so sweet and fun, at the end of the shoot I could hear her yelling “thank you Miss Shannon” as I walked to my car, I even got one last wave as I jumped into my car.  I guess cupcakes at the end of a shoot always make a kid happy!
