I am sitting here practically falling asleep at the computer. Yawn, I’m so tired!!! I went wine tasting during the day with family so I think the wine is creeping up on me and making me very sleepy.
I have to share this session because I love it so much. I have so much to share and several sessions that are awesome, along with some fun family pics of my kiddos. One of the hardest things about blogging is choosing the pictures to share. This young ladies gallery had so many awesome pictures that I could have shared 50! I kept it to a minimum though. I love my clients, I cannot wait to photograph this little beauty again!

It seems like everything just aligns perfectly … without even trying! Thanks to Harmony (my fellow Gemini) we found an awesome location to shoot at … at the last minute I might add! As many have commented on … yes the dress keeps getting shorter! I wanted it to be flirty and youthful, with Genesee’s help we created a cute little number that captured her unique style. This session was so much fun, we tried a ton of things and just explored the area. Thanks guys!!!
**Side note** I will be away this weekend, all emails/phone calls will be returned on Tuesday. I’ll post pictures from our trip when I get home!

So this dress just keeps popping up! I plan on using it one more time, I would love to slice and dice it some more and use it on a teenage girl (someone with some spunk) so if you know of anyone that is super skinny (it’s a size 2) have them email me! I originally bought this dress off of ebay for $24 dollars, it was super scary looking with long lace arms on it and a neckline that was really tall. I could see the potential in it, I knew with a little cutting it could be something super killer! After some snips and tucks it really came together, of course having someone like Nancy to model for you really does help make the dress look dynamite! After our shoot I just hung it up, not ready to get rid of it, so when the concept for Carlin came to light I was really excited to bring out the dress … after some more snips and tucks (well a lot!) it was ready for a pint sized model!

I had the pleasure of photographing Sophie for her senior pictures, she was a total blast to work with and we had lots of laughs … usually me making a fool of myself showing her poses but in any case we had lots of laughs, even if they were on me!
On a total side note, I got an email from a friend about a new photography mentor website … I thought a lot of you might find it really informative and helpful. It is run by some really great photographers, if you have a chance take time to browse the site (make you see some of the sample tutorial videos!)

I got a black petti from Belle Ame last week, she’s marketing them to seniors now and I think it’s such an awesome idea! Thanks to Tara for giving me a mini “how to” lesson on the phone about softbox lighting, this session went really well and I was so happy with the overall look … thanks Tara!!!
Then we headed out for some on location shooting
and yes she is way to hot for her own good! LOL
