Fat Lip

So my sweet little baby (big boy I mean) got a nasty fat lip this weekend while playing baseball!  One of his friends threw him the ball and Anthony never saw it coming, needless to say he dropped to the floor like a 2×4 hit him … my adrenaline was pumping while I tried figuring out where he got hit, where the blood was coming from and then doing the mouth evaluation to make sure no teeth were out of place or loose.  Happy to say he was OK, just in major pain and in need of an ice pack.  20 minutes later he was back out on the field, with the fattest lip I have ever seen on a child. 

Any good parent knows I had to document it … someday he’ll want to hear about his first fat lip :)

   He is still gorgeous even with a fat lip! Poor baby.

   I love that top Mads is wearing below and she has just got THE bestest freckles ever!!!!

   youch!! poor guy! and actually, it’s kind of a cool picture, he’ll probably enjoy showing that to his friends!
