I say this every time I photograph a maternity client … I LOVE Maternity shoots!!!  I love every thing about a pregnancy shoot, I love how women feel special and beautiful, I love how their husbands look at them with the glow in their eyes and I love how gorgeous a woman’s body looks when she is expecting.  Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and it should be celebrated!   

I had such a difficult time choosing images to share, really there were so many awesome pictures and I just haven’t had time to edit the entire gallery so I grabbed a handful that inspired me and worked on them.  I may need to revisit this couple on a future post AFTER I’ve edited all the pictures.  We did a little bit of everything on this shoot.   

Jen and David share a special bond, you can tell just by looking at their images.  They are deeply in love!  They are entering a very exciting time in their life and they both couldn’t be happier to be sharing it with each other.   Congrats to both of you guys!!!

   These are beautiful Shannon…but there is NO WAY I would have taken maternity shots. omg…even the thought of it brings back the nausea of my first trimesters lol. Even the super skilled Shannon could not have made ME look good…you are fantastic…but it would have taken a miracle worker to make me look like anything other than the beached whale that I was. In my defense (not that I really have one) both my kids were over 9 pounds…ya…that pretty much sums it up. lol
