Pear Blossom

So I’ve finally mastered Facebook, I could never really get in with the Myspace buzz … too commercial for me and such annoying ads … everywhere!!!!   So I’m on facebook and I’ve surprised myself by keeping up with it, I’ve even chatted with long lost friends and I’m quite enjoying myself.  If you’d like to be my friend (that sounds like elementary) check me out here

Little Corinne has the most dreamy eyes!  I think her dad will take credit for them … but her mama absolutely takes credit for the rest of the beauty she has.  A little stork will be gifting this sweet family with one more unbelievably beautiful little girl … can’t wait to meet her!

At the end of Cougars photo shoot I let Madison go wild and have some fun … see she had to sit back and watch the whole shoot and if you know Madison you know that she hates to sit back, she insists on getting front and center when taking pictures … she’s a camera hog!

At this point Madison is laughing so hard she is crying!!       

My cousin Megan was my first model, when she was just a wee little thing I was photographing her like crazy … literally she was Madison at one time!   I swear she was the cutest thing ever when she was little, all my friends adored her and still to this day they ask about her.  She’s something super special :) 

Well she’s all grown up and in High School and she is now my kids idol, they go crazy when they hear she is coming over and Madison is completely in love with her.  We affectionally refer to her as our third child, it just feels complete when she’s with us.    

Well I’ve got tons of pictures to share, too many in fact!  I’ve got so much Matilda Jane … I’m going to devote this post to a random selection of favorite Matilda Jane photos  and if you haven’t already done so GET YOURSELF TO A TRUNK SHOW!  You won’t regret it

A little birdie told me that someone I know *might* be hosting a trunk show, I’ll post more about it once details come available   

This shoot was so much fun!  When Juno and I talked about ideas for her shoot I knew it was going to be smashing.   When she arrived she had on the most gorgeous red dress, she looked so graceful and beautiful.  Juno and Sam have a beautiful connection and their happiness and upbeat personality glows through their son.  He was happy the entire time (minus an outfit change) so alert and content. I’m so excited for them, they have a perfect little family and I can’t wait to continue photographing them throughout their special days.  Expect to see this little cutie soon, we will be shooting his 100th day celebration!

Really, do I have to say much … this girl is so dang cute!!!!!!!  This is a fellow class mate of Madison’s, I was so lucky to meet her and I instantly fell in love with her.  I was so excited when her mom was interested in modeling.

For Matilda Jane’s new West Side collection I had the awesome opportunity to shoot at a spectacular home, it’s so amazing, a little modern, a little 70’s and a little shabby.   This owner has exceptional taste!

Alrighty guys, Denise gave me the green light to start sharing photos from her new collection WEST SIDE.   It’s an incredible line, the pieces are totally different then in the past and the fabric combos are super cool.
