Gorgeous Locks

'); ?>During the summer I let Madison pretty much brush and wash her own hair … washing of course means lying in the tub with a tiny bit of bubbles on her hair and proclaiming it squeaky clean. She brushes until she hits a tangle and then moves on, so basically all the ends of her hair are a tangly mess … and the cycle repeats every day. I don’t really care though, during the summer she’s doing so much swimming and playing that her hair is going to get tangled and wild regardless. I was quite surprised when she asked me to wash her hair one afternoon, we shampooed and conditioned until it felt silky smooth. After a quick brush she let me blow dry it for her, the end result was silky, soft, gorgeous long locks … I hadn’t even noticed how long her hair had gotten because it’s usually a tangly mess!
In spirit of her “fancy” hair she got all dressed up and we went out for a fun 20 minute photo session.

WOW . There is just something so DEEP about this little one . I wouldnt be surprised if she sprouted wings and told me she was a fairy queen …….or an angel ………
Shes something ……..something really special . In the first pic she looks like shes allowing us to glimpse it ….almost like shes saying ….do you SEE ME ?
The last pic is etheral …..like the inner glow is making its way out ……..

Reading this entry hit home with me. My daughter did the same thing with her hair this summer and the other day we put product in it after her shower and her hair gleamed. She was thrilled (and so was I)!

My goodness, that girl can WORK the camera!! Utterly amazing, she is undeniably gorgeous but her ability to be so expressive and portray so much in those images is just fantastic. Kudos to your for bringing it out and capturing it so well!

OHMYGOSH I CAN’T EVEN PICK A FAVORITE! GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But…she does look SO old to me all of a sudden and that makes me feel like I’ve been away too long.

she is just insanely gorgeous..her coloring is TDF…..my little darling cut her hair off after a battle with a round brush….I guess that was 6yr old problem solving….she now sports a short pixie cut..ugh…after many tears I am finally get used to it! lol
